RAVE Alert Registration

Student Registration Steps

1. Log in to MyMercer.
2. Click the “Update your primary mobile number” link located in the Student Privacy section on the homepage.
3. Re-enter your MyMercer User name and Password.
4. Enter your 10-Digit Mobile Number.
5. Click Save.

Your emergency alert registration will take effect within 48 hours.

Employee Registration Steps

1. Visit the Employee Information Update Survey website.
2. Enter your username (example: Smith_J) in the Username field.
3. Enter your password in the Password field. This will be the same password used to log in to your computer and/or email.
4. Click Log in.
5. Locate the Text Alert Preference section.
6. Click edit.
7. Check the “I want to receive emergency text alerts to my cell phone.” radio button.
8. Click update to save.

Your emergency alert registration will take effect within 48 hours

Parent Registration Steps

1. Send a text to 67283 and include “Macon” in the message.
2. You’ll receive a notification that you have been added to the list.
3. You can cancel the notifications by entering “STOP Macon” in the message.
